CV Tech offers a program of phlebotomy technician training.
The 60-hour program is composed of CPR certification, 11 hours of laboratory practice, 31 hours of classroom instruction and 12 hours of clinical practice. Each student also needs to complete 25 venipunctures and 5 dermal punctures. After completing the course, students will be eligible to test through the National Center for Competency Testing and become a Nationally Certified Phlebotomy Technician (NCPT).
The program is offered at Cowan Campus in Yukon, about 14 miles west of Oklahoma City.

The 96-hour training program is composed of classroom instruction, lab practice, and 48 hours of clinical externship.

Rose State College offers a program of phlebotomy training.
The first 8-week of the program will be spent in the Health Sciences Center lab on classroom instruction of phlebotomy theory and techniques.
